EBI participated in the presentation of the Blue Manifesto at the European Parliament, a roadmap created by Seas At Risk and other environmental NGOS aiming for a sustainable and healthy marine environment by 2030. The manifesto outlines critical targets for restoring marine ecosystems, reducing pollution, transitioning to sustainable fishing practices, and establishing marine protected areas.

The Blue Manifesto calls on policymakers, industries, and the public to commit to bold actions that address the growing pressures on marine ecosystems.  More information can be found at this link.
