Blue Invest 2018 is a match-making event that brings together innovators and the financial community to boost the economic potential of the ocean while protecting its marine resources.

Karmenu Vella, EU Commissioner for Environment, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries will address the participants with a welcome speech.

Innovators from the global maritime economy will enter a pitching contest, speakers will share their experiences, meetings and speed dating slots will be the opportunity to meet potential clients, investors, innovators, etc.

The event is organised by the European Commission.
